Telehealth

Simple and Convenient to Use

Our telehealth visits enable you to safely have an appointment with a provider in the comfort of your home by clicking on a link to join them for a video call. Like an in-person visit, our provider can address your concerns and questions. Insurance is accepted, but patients may also choose self-pay for $49 (credit or debit).

Please note that we cannot diagnose COVID-19 via a telehealth appointment. COVID-19 testing requires an in-person visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book a same-day appointment?

Yes. Online visits are open for immediate appointments during Telehealth hours.

What can I expect with my telehealth appointment?

Our telehealth visits enable you to safely have an appointment with a medical professional in the comfort of your home. Like an in-person visit, our doctor or nurse practitioner can address your concerns and questions. The visits take place through a video chat. You can access it in a few simple clicks from your phone, tablet, or computer. Once you request a telehealth appointment, you will receive a text link to sign in with your basic information. Once you submit that, you will receive a text link 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All you have to do is follow the instructions and find a private space in your home with an internet connection where you can freely and comfortably discuss your healthcare without interruption or interference.

What conditions can I get treated for via Telehealth?

We can treat many conditions based on the conversation our healthcare professional has with you regarding how you are feeling and your health history. Here are just a few examples:

  • Allergies
  • Constipation
  • Cough
  • Diarrhea
  • Ear problems
  • Fever
  • Flu
  • Headache
  • Insect bites
  • Nausea
  • Pink eye
  • Rash
  • Sinus infections
  • Sore throats
  • Urinary problems / UTI
  • Vomiting
Do I need to sign up for an account?

No. As a patient, you don't need to create an account with us to see a healthcare professional. Simply book an appointment, register your details, and click on a link to hop into the call at the scheduled time.

Will I need to download any software or app?

No. Our Telehealth platform requires only an internet browser and sustained internet connection. No downloads or apps necessary.
