Is there a limit to how many employees you have on staff to be eligible for TrustCare+?

There’s no limit to the number of employees you have or the size of your company. Any business is eligible to add TrustCare+ as a membership option.

What’s the average wait time for a TrustCare+ member?

Our goal is less than 5 minutes, but your membership will put you at the front of any line!

What are your regular clinic hours? Evenings? Weekends?

Clinic hours are weekdays from 8AM – 8PM, Saturday 9AM – 5PM and Sunday 1PM – 7PM.

Who will be caring for our team if they visit a TrustCare?

We have board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants on staff to help with any of your team’s medical needs.

I already have insurance for my employees. Why do I need TrustCare+?

TrustCare+ does not replace insurance, but it is a fantastic perk for employees which can make frequent types of care more convenient, transparent, and affordable. Memberships help get your team the care they need fast, so they can get back to work even faster. It also provides ongoing care that your insurance doesn’t provide which can be a great retention strategy. Our team would be happy to walk through all the benefits. Just reach out here.

What happens if my employees live outside of TrustCare’s markets?

We don’t serve markets outside of our clinic territories at this time. Employees who live in one of our markets can chat with our Care Team from anywhere and have the ability to book in-person appointments at a clinic near them.

Does TrustCare+ accept members with existing medical conditions?

Yes. Our memberships are not based on any existing medical issues or conditions.

What if my team wants to add additional members?

Send an email to [email protected] with each additional member’s name, date of birth and phone number and we’ll get them set up.

Does my team’s membership still work during COVID surges?

Absolutely. We treat our members like family, and they always get priority.

Are prescription discounts included in the membership?

TrustCare+ comes with hundreds of discounts on prescriptions with TrustCare Rx.

What about my employee’s kids? Are they able to join?

The more the healthier! If employees are interested in adding children to their plan or if you’re interested adding your employee’s spouse and children, talk with our team about custom plan options by filling out a form here. We’ll be happy to custom build a plan to meet your team’s needs at no additional cost.
